There were a range of new mobile devices announced at the CES (Consumer Electronics Show) 2009 in Las Vegas.  The new Palm PRE won the overall Best of CES, the Best Mobile and the Peoples Voice Awards, but all the manufacturers were showing off their latest offerings.
