Free Connections from Blackberry Mobile to Email Servers PDF Print E-mail

RIM has launched the new BlackBerry Enterprise Server Express server program. It offers a free, cut down version of the full BES software for those who want to host their own BlackBerry servers but lack the budget to do so.

The new version was announced during Mobile World Congress last month, but is only now available to download from RIM. It is seen as an attempt to get companies with their own email server using Blackberry Mobile Phones instead of the alternative, Windows Mobile.
