Synergy Mobile Solutions will take over the billing and management of your lines and calls. The physical lines are still maintained by BT Openreach engineers, but you will benefit from lower prices and a dedicated support team.

Once we have taken your order, your calls will be transferred using CPS (Carrier Pre Select) - and in most case you do not need to do a thing! The process is transparent and seamless, so the only change you will notice is a smaller bill.  You keep your existing phone number and BT Select services, and will receive one bill for line rental, calls, and any other services you take from us.
